Apogee Manager Will Not Authenticate Apogee Antenna

If a tunnel between Apogee Manager and an Apogee antenna has been successfully been established but Apogee Manager will not authenticate the Apogee.

  1. Log into Apogee Manager and record the MAC address and Serial Number.

  2. Compare the MAC Address/Serial Number from Apogee Manager with the MAC Address and Serial Number on the label on the bottom plate of the Apogee.

  3. Contact Aura for support regardless of whether the MAC and Serial numbers match
