TROUBLESHOOTING CHECKLIST

Apogee Not Powering Up

  1. Ensure that other devices can be successfully powered by the same power source as Apogee.
  2. Refer to Section 3.2 of the Installation Guide and confirm connections between the power source (Switch, UPS) are correct.
  3. If other devices are receiving power from the same source as Apogee and the connections between Apogee and the power source seem correct, contact Aura for support.

Apogee Manager Will Not Connect to Apogee Antenna

  1.  Ensure that other network devices (i.e. an AP, router/firewall) can connect to the Internet.
  2.  If the PoE Injector is the power source refer to Section 3.2 and confirm the RJ45 Ethernet cables are connected to the correct ports.
  3.  Log into Apogee Manager and go to “Device List”. Confirm that the IP address, port number and physical venue address are correct. Reconfirm by clicking the “Update” button.
  4.  f this does not resolve the problem, contact Aura for support.
